Sony does not provide any support for list of about 3 websites of third parties that I said. But I have the same problem, like all other white screen with colored stripes – I paid good money for quality and Sony has a piece of garbage that has lasted 2.5 years.

The same problem, as I have seen on numerous websites. My TV is used after 2 years, since a board TCON bad shot. Sony is not even match and they refuse to help. They lost a customer who has bought Sony products for 20 years.
