A lot of potential problems with this model. We had three different Sony products, and no more than a year and a half is gone. Our advice is to look elsewhere.

Pay close attention. I also bought 46 "and 40" XBR4. big picture, had to be replaced, but each chip TV sets. Chip was first set by a one year warranty. Second chipset has been a month of warranty, and Sony declined to provide more of a message from the dealer and authorized service center honor, at this point (after 15 phone calls and two months), she finally agrees to pay $ 400 to $ 600 repair . Problems with HDMI connections become (as we initially thoughtwas a problem handshake) Great product, if it works, but the terrible customer service, indicating buyer! or at least consider extending the warranty.

We bought the TV a year ago today. It did not work for two months. We spent hours and hours on the helpline. The parties (computer-Panel) went directly to them for any reason. You do not have parts to repair the TV. They offered us a refurbished TV (TV someone elses problem), which we rejected. If your TV refurbished take our warranty and extended warranty null and void. We wanted to correct us. Customer Service (India I think)lied repeatedly on the supply of parts. We went by the "Authorized Dealer, the part is received in two days" to "is the end of February" ordered. They offered us a brand new TV xbr6 substitute for an additional $ 300.00. They said they would be here within two weeks. No sight of this. Sony Customer Service is the worst I've ever faced, a group of liars. If you are lucky and you get a TV with no problems, then I'm good. I adviseBuy a Sony product. I know I will not.
